Siddiq Academy currently uses FormSubmit to process certain website forms, including the free consultation form. When a form is submitted, the information entered is transmitted through FormSubmit and then delivered to Siddiq Academy by email.

This may include a parent or guardian name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, a student’s first name, year group, school information, tuition needs, consultation preferences, availability and any additional information the user chooses to provide.

Form submissions are used only to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, provide tuition-related communication, manage feedback and support the safe and professional running of Siddiq Academy.

Visitors should avoid sharing highly sensitive information through website forms. Sensitive matters can be discussed directly during a consultation where appropriate.
